• The application shall be rejected:
  1. If the data and documents provided is incorrect
  2. If it does not meet the conditions required for visa or residence permit
• The NPRA reserves the right to approve a request or reject it
• The visitor or resident is not permitted to stay in the Kingdom after the expiry of visa or residence permit
• Visitor must be able to support themselves (and any dependants) during the visit
• Visitor is not allowed to take up any employment
• Visitor shall hold a valid passport and return ticket
