Do I need an onward ticket to enter Montserrat?

A person on a temporary visit to Montserrat, shall, if required by an immigration officer, produce evidence to his satisfaction— (a) of being in employment elsewhere and intent to return thereto; or (b) of possession of a return ticket; or (c) of the possession of a sum of money sufficient to enable him to maintain himself during the period of his visit and to provide for his return fare or of its immediate availability.
