Do I need an onward ticket to enter Afghanistan?

Afghanistan Tourist Visa:

1. A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
2. 1 visa application form, completed and signed – Click Here. All application forms must be typed in.
3. One application form, fully completed and signed
4. One passport type photograph (attached with cellophane tape)
5. A copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is a resident alien
6. Proof of hotel reservation
7. Proof of financial support.
8. Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary
9. ETS Order form
